The Glencoe Accounting Real-World Multimedia component of the Glencoe Accounting: Electronic Learning Center presents business and chapter activities, games, quizzes, and case studies that relate to the textbook content. Excerpts from the textbook are provided as well. The program is divided into 28 chapters. Each chapter contains its own overview and uses real-world companies to connect the content in a meaningful and relevant context. Each chapter also has an introductory video or slide show, Show Me and Let Me Try activities, a fun game, and a quiz. Case Studies are included for in-depth analysis, and the Info Trek activity has links to the Internet for finding information and extended learning. Tools like a calculator, notepad, glossary, and advice from Alex the auditor are provided as well. All these elements add up to an exciting and educational experience in the world of accounting!
