About the Global Gateway Widget
Our widget application will give you access to the various McGraw-Hill technology applications and Web sites. This widget will give you direct links to software and Web sites for your Macmillan or Glencoe software.
Since not every book series has the same software. We provide you the opportunity to pick and choose your applications. Once you download the widget click on the i found on the widget. From the options screen you will be able to set your applications.
We offer a Yahoo! Version of the widget. If you don’t currently use Yahoo! Widgets you can click here to access the Yahoo! Widget site. Once you have the Yahoo! Widget engine installed you can return here to download our Global Gateway widget.
- You have the option of downloading either the Teacher or Student versions. There are Windows or MAC downloads available for each version.
- Once the download is complete, you should be prompted to install the widget.
- If you are not prompted then double click on the widget download file to start the installation.
- The widget will be automatically added to the Yahoo widget dock.
Teacher Version: Windows MAC

How-To Notes:
The widget will only appear if the Yahoo Widget engine is started. Refer to the Yahoo! Widget engine for assistance.
Click on the i found on the widget to adjust the technology that best fits your needs. You can also adjust the look and feel of the widget.
To use the Global Gateway widget please make sure you've installed your McGraw-Hill software. Programs like TeacherWorks, ExamView and Presentation Plus need to be installed to be utilized through the Global Gateway Widget.
If you have installed a program to a location different than its default, you will be asked to browse to the location the program is installed to. If you make a mistake or change the location once it's set, choose a different App placement on the widget (see i menu), and set the path correctly for the application.
