What Are Career Clusters?
Career Clusters are different occupational categories. The 15 clusters that follow are organized by different fields and industries. Most jobs are included in one of the 15 clusters. In each career cluster area, you'll find sample jobs, necessary education and skills, work descriptions, and the job availability through 2005.

(In response to the burgeoning number of jobs available in information technology, the U.S. Department of Education recently restructured its Career Clusters to include a sixteenth occupational category for Information Technology Services.)
